TVDom respects intellectual property rights. This page explains our policy under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
Important Note
TVDom does not host, store, upload, or distribute any video files, films, or television episodes. We are a discovery and community platform. Watch pages embed third-party players via iframes from external sources. TVDom does not control those sources and is not responsible for their content.
If you have a copyright concern about embedded content, your notice should be directed at the operator of the embedding source, not TVDom.
What TVDom Does Host
TVDom hosts the following original content that may be subject to DMCA notices:
- User-generated content: ratings, reviews, posts, comments
- TVDom editorial content: articles, guides, and reviews
- User avatar and banner images uploaded via Cloudinary
Movie metadata, posters, and descriptions are provided via the TMDB API under their terms.
Filing a Notice
If you believe content hosted by TVDom infringes your copyright, please send a notice to us via our contact page containing:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorised agent
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the infringing material and its location on TVDom
- Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate
