4. Streaming Disclaimer

TVDom does not host, store, or distribute video content. Watch pages embed third-party players via iframes. TVDom is not responsible for the content, legality, or privacy practices of those external sources. Use of embedded players is at your own discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

Movie metadata, posters, and descriptions are provided by The Movie Database (TMDB) API. TVDom uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. All trademarks, franchise names, and character names are the property of their respective owners.

TVDom's original editorial content — articles, reviews, guides, and design — is the property of TVDom and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. TVDom reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

TVDom is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TVDom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
